Communicate with your horse

At MHS Equestrian you will find a large selection of affordable bridles. The bridle is an important part of the equipment of your shetland or mini horse. You use a bridle when you or your child starts driving. You can communicate with him via the bit in the mouth of your pony via the bridle and the reins attached to it.

In addition to the bit and the reins, a bridle consists of even more parts such as the headpiece, the baking piece, the throat strap, browband and noseband.

In addition, there are also bridles without a bit. These bitless bridles put pressure on the nose and cheeks of your horse instead of his mouth. There is then a direct bridle liner that can be useful for teaching young horses things.

All bridles in our range are made from beautiful and supple leather. The leather is beautifully finished and always softly padded for optimum comfort.

Leather has a long lifespan. However, it is a natural product and requires regular care. We therefore advise you to clean your bridle regularly. Use one of our care products in combination with little water, so that the leather does not become stiff. After thorough drying you can care for the leather with leather fat or leather oil.
