Product information
Extremely strong, fine-mesh hay net that is specially made for round bales and that ensures that the hay is absorbed slowly.
Without knots and made of extremely strong material (polypropylene) so that the net lasts a long time. In addition, the fine mesh and the quality ensure less hay loss.
The net comes with a 7 meter long, very strong suspension rope. The wire is processed without requirements so that the enamel of the teeth is not affected.
Where best to use?
Perfect for out in the pasture for slow feeding of hay.
Can be pulled around the round bale in 1x (size 160 x 155 cm) and easily closed with the supplied closing rope.
Why use a slow feeder hay net?
When horses and ponies ingest too large amounts of hay at once, the horse can develop problems with stomach ulcers or even colic. Because an animal uses a slow feeder hay net, it receives small amounts throughout the day that greatly improves digestion, but also prevents boredom (less stress). In addition, our nets simulate the natural way of eating in horses because they can absorb small amounts throughout the day.
