The Harry's Horse Correction Riser Pad Merino is a therapeutic saddle pad that can temporarily improve the position of the saddle without hindering new muscle formation. This pad is adjustable and suitable for young horses that are still changing in construction or to make the same saddle fit for several horses.
This pad has a recess for the vertebrae with two insertion compartments on both sides of the spine. The merino bottom offers optimal protection of the back, especially for sensitive horses. The girth loops are equipped with Velcro and the pad comes with felt inserts (4x3 pieces).
The properties of felt include that it is 0.7 cm thick, breathable, heat-regulating, moisture-absorbent, and has good adaptability to the horse's back. Felt compresses very little under pressure, Ideal if the saddle has to be a bit higher and is pleasant for rider and horse when the rider has a body weight above 80 kg.
The inlays can be cut to size if necessary. The size cob is suitable for 16 and 17” saddles and the size full is suitable for 17.5" and 18" saddles. The pad is made of 65% polyester and 35% cotton and has a bottom of 100% Merino wool.
